All the trails in Zion National Park are fantastic, however, there is one that I truly love, and that is the Pa'rus Trail. Nearly 2 miles one way, the trail is mostly level and paved. Starting at the Zion National Park Visitor Center and ending at Canyon Junction, the trail winds its way along the Virgin River providing many beautiful vistas for photography including The Watchman. Bridges cross the river along the trail and there are several access points to the river (pets and biking are allowed also). After hiking the more strenuous trails in the park, this trail it provides a pleasant, leisurely stroll through some of Zion Canyon's most beautiful landscape, especially at sunset.
