THE FAMILY
Pasquale Ansaldi arrived at Ellis Island 1923. According the ship manifest he was coming to live with his father, Calogero Ansaldo, who was already here. The ship manifest also indicates that Pasquale's mom, Maria Lombardazzo, was still in Riesi, Sicily. Pasquale lived in Jersey City, New Jersey, marrying his first wife, Rose (Rosaria) Lupo, and raising a family. He died in Jersey City and is buried in Bayview Cemetery.
