Chester Hawley
Chester Hawley was born in Clarendon, Orleans County, New York around 1811. He was the son of John (I) and Betsey (Malbone) Hawley. He married Elmira Hawley (1st wife) then Catherin Hawley (2nd wife). His brothers are John Hawley (II) and Calvin B. Hawley. He moved with his family from Clarendon, New York to Comstock, Michigan around 1855.
